Bonnie (Wilson) Marr, age 82, passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg, Missouri.

Bonnie was born to Olga Anna Englehart and John A. Wilson on April 26, 1939 in Sandusky, Michigan. After the passing of her mother several years later during childbirth, Bonnie moved to Warrensburg, where she spent the remainder of her life. When she arrived in Warrensburg, she was raised by her paternal grandmother, Hattie Wilson.

Bonnie was united in marriage to Charles Marr at the First Baptist Church in Warrensburg on December 8, 1957.

Bonnie worked at several businesses throughout Warrensburg, until her and Charles decided to begin their family. One of her favorite positions was dealing with people at the Safeway grocery store, where customers would wait to check out through her lane.

Family and close friends were very important aspects of Bonnie's life. She also enjoyed camping, Nascar, playing her preferred card game Bridge, as well as beating the slot machines, both locally and in Las Vegas.

Bonnie is survived by her husband Charles "Charlie" Marr; her sons Michael Charles Marr of Warrensburg, Missouri and Jeffrey Lynn Marr of Raytown, Missouri; her half-sister Terri Miller of Peck, Michigan; and her half-brothers Jackie and K.T. of Michigan.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 21 at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home.
