Celia Alicia Pine (Edmiston), age 93, of Warrensburg, Missouri, joined her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

She was born on Wednesday, September 7, 1931, in Autlan, Mexico, the daughter of Octavicino Martinez and Sabina Pelayo.

Celia is survived by her sister, Magdalena Leal of Los Angeles, California; two brothers, Juan Martinez and Jose Lois Martinez, both of Purificacion, Mexico; two sons, George William Edmiston and John H. Edmiston (Wanda), both of Warrensburg, Missouri; three grandchildren, Charly Ann Edmiston Hustad (Adam), Boston, MA, Jacob Teford Edmiston, Warrensburg, and James Nichalas Edmiston (Autumn), Ramstein AB, Germany.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, George T. Edmiston, and as well as her second husband, Gayles R. Pine.

Celia's relationship with Christ was the foundation of her life. Her faith shined brightly upon all those who knew her. Her strength, charm and love for her family will not soon be forgotten. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 300 S. Ridgeview Dr., Warrensburg, Missouri with Father Andew Klein officiating.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Catholic Charities and left in care of the funeral home.
