Crystal (Utterback) Burgess, age 66, of Knob Noster, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Ridge Crest Nursing Center.

She was born October 22, 1958, in El Paso, TX, the daughter of John and Anne (Moore) Utterback.

On November 11, 1978, she and Tony Curtis Burgess were united in marriage. He preceded her in death on June 3, 2015.

Crystal is survived by her children, Mellisa Bedgood and Mark Burgess; and her grandchildren, Glenn David Bedgood, III, Jordan Bedgood, Mark E. Burgess, and Carolyn Burgess.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Curtis Burgess; her parents, John and Anne Utterback; her siblings, Lori Sue Utterback, Cheryl Zink, and John Utterback; and a son-in-law, Glenn David Bedgood, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Knob Noster Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mark Burgess, Glenn David Bedgood, III, Jordan Bedgood, Mark E. Burgess, Brandon Rau, and Josh Neufeld.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society and left in care of the funeral home.
