Doloris LeBlanc, age 86, passed away Friday, February 17, 2023, at Warrensburg Manor Care Center in Warrensburg, MO.

Doloris was born on March 12, 1936 in Silverton, TX, the daughter of Deolis Nix and Geneva Hill Nix.

After raising children Doloris went on to become an executive secretary for Hughes Aircraft in California and, after that, she became a licensed massage therapist. She retired early to help raise grandchildren and travel, always enjoying an adventure.

Doloris was preceded in death by her parents and sister Paula Villepague.

She is survived by her children Gerald LeBlanc and wife Erica of Manhattan Beach, CA, Delora Renfro of Owasso, OK, Theresa LeBlanc of Overland Park, KS, Diane Ridlen and husband Don of Holden, MO, and Michelle LeBlanc of Tucson, AZ; her nine grandchildren; as well as her sister Norma Martin of Wilmington, DE.

Doloris was a very proud grandmother and enjoyed traveling from state to state to see her family. She loved art and painted sunset pictures for all of her children. She will be greatly missed.

A celebration of life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 24, 2023 at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg, MO.
