Florence Marie Reynolds, age 89, formerly of Warrensburg, Missouri, passed away on Saturday April 11, 2026.

She was born on Saturday, January 9, 1937, in Baldwin, Missouri, the daughter of John Hutchinson and Florence (Biggs).

Florence was united in marriage to Robert Mark Reynolds Sr. on September 1, 1978.

She spent 37 years having a child daycare center for the community of Warrensburg. She retired at the age of 82. She was best known as Floie to her kids. She will be most remembered for her homemade dishes and artful crafts made for holidays.

She is survived by three daughters; Theresa (Mark) Palmer, Liz (Don) Asam and Ann Hebert; one son; Jerry Link; stepchildren, Jeannie (Larry) McMurphy, Vicky (Tom) Ford, Mark (Grechen) Reynolds Jr.; two brothers, Tom Hutchinson and Rick (Shelia) Hutchinson; grandchildren, Aaron Link (Morgan), Lucas, Link and Bella Hebert, Tina (Matt) Venable, Justin (Liz) McMurphy, Tyler and Branson Reynolds, Tanya Ford; great grandchildren Kaia and Konrad Venable and Jack McMurphy.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister, Margie Ladd; brothers, Harry and Ron Hutchinson and son-in-law, Jules Hebert.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 17, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg, Missouri. A memorial service will follow the visitation with Pastor Tim Whitmore officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and may be left in care of the funeral home.
