He was a casual guy who enjoyed hunting, being out on the range shooting his guns, or taking his oldest to her 4H shooting events. He enjoyed wrestling, seeing as it was a big part of his high school career along with his passion for the arts. He used to game often with his former work friend Steve Mcarthy, a hobby carried over to spending time with his kids. The long hours in the shed working with his oldest on their jeep project. And no matter how much he complained about it, he loved creating things with his kids.
Chris is predeceased by grandparents, MSgt Charles B. Fitzgerald, Sr, USMC Ret., (Mary Ellen) of Shelby NC, James C. Carroll (Helen C) or Charleston SC, and an Aunt, Velda Phillips.

Fitzgerald, Jr. USAF Ret. (Rachelle) and his brother Charles B. Fitzgerald, III. (Robin), various aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
His funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at the Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg, MO. The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm until service time.
