Haley Brooke (Minner) Allen, 31, of Florence, Missouri, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026, in Versailles, Missouri.

She was born November 10, 1994, at Providence Medical Center, in Kansas City, Kansas, the daughter of Kurt Lee Minner and Angela LaRay Minner (Howe).

Haley received her education at the Bonner Springs Kansas Elementary and Tipton Missouri School District.

She was a naturally talented welder and fabricator. And attended the Family Worship Center in Versailles, Missouri.

Haley enjoyed crafting, working on cars, and spending time with family and friends. She also loved spending time with her 2 children (SunnyBrooke and Weslee) as well as her other members of the family. She loved to drop in with surprise visits and raid the refrigerator. She was an avid bargain hunter and would often go to garage sales and flea markets. You would also find her under the hood of a car making repairs, alterations or learning about car repairs.

She is survived by her two children; SunnyBrooke Allen (10) and Weslee Minner (7), both in Sedalia, Missouri; Parents: Kurt and Angi Minner of Sedalia, Missouri; Grandparents Joyce Murphy of Sedalia, Missouri, Larry and Joy Howe of Warrensburg, Missouri and Lee Minner of Garland, Texas.

Haley was preceded in death by her stillborn son Joseph Allen, Grandmother, Vicky Cummisky, and Grandfather Donald Murphy.

Services for Haley Allen will be held at her church, The Family Worship Center 701 S. 2nd St, Versailles, MO 65084, and conducted by Pastor Phillip. On August 8th, 2026, at 10:00am.
