Ina Marie Whaley, age 97, passed away Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Country Club Care Center in Warrensburg.

She was born September 26, 1923 in Adair County, Iowa the daughter of Jesse Cramer and Pearl Coleman.

She married Keet. L. Whaley, the love of her life. After Keet retired they spent much of their time traveling. They would load their travel trailer, hook it up and take off, sometimes for destinations unknown. They did enjoy camping at many of the Oklahoma lakes as well as enjoying all the beauty our country has to offer.

After spending many years living in Oklahoma, Ina decided to move to Knob Noster to live closer to her daughter in 1992. As the months turned into years, Knob Noster became her home. She was a member of the Knob Noster United Methodist Church.

Ina is survived by her daughter, Martha Hatch Miller and husband Tim; grandson Samuel George Hatch II and his son Micheal; grandson Daniel M. Hatch, his wife Angela and their children Nick, Emma and Sophia; a sister Julia Slocum; a brother Arthur Coleman; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Keet L. Whaley; son Michael Whaley; parents Pearl and Arthur Coleman, Jesse Cramer, and Sadie Cramer; sister Mary Guerin; and son-in-law Samuel G. Hatch.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at the Knob Noster United Methodist Church.

Inurnment will take place on May 5, 2021 in Union Cemetery, Stotts City, MO.
