James Kevin Hill, of Warrensburg, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. He was born on August 6, 1959, in Carrollton, Missouri, to Norbert Hill and Norma Jean (Hollis) Hill.

James dedicated more than 20 years of his life working as a parole officer with Boonville Corrections.

He is survived by his mother, Norma Jean Hill; brother, Jerry Hill (Randi) of Baldwyn, Mississippi; sister, Connie Hill of Marshall, Missouri; nephew, Nathan Hill (Lisa); niece, Janna Viebrock (Brent) and their children, Lilyan and Reegan; along with many other cousins and relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Norbert Hill.

A visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Warrensburg, Missouri. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Warrensburg, Missouri.
