On Sunday, October 3rd, Johnnie Lee Marshall was taken before his time.

Johnnie, age 61, was born on April 26, 1960, to John Lester and Ina Marie Marshall. He was born in California but grew up in Green Ridge, MO and settled in Odessa, MO where he spent the rest of his days. Johnnie worked for and retired from CenturyLink communications after 40 years of dedicated service. A genuinely good man, Johnnie would leave no one in need or peril and to have him on your side was truly a blessed thing.

Johnnie was preceded in death by his wife Rhonda; his father John; his brothers Brad and Lenny; his uncles Steve and Norman; his aunt Martha; and his youngest son Jeremiah.

He is survived by his mother Ina; sons John, Brandon and Bradley; brother Daniel; sister Julie along with a host of folks who will love and miss him dearly.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Moore Funeral Home in La Monte. Interment will follow in the Marshall Family Cemetery near Green Ridge.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 8 at the funeral home.
