Joshua Glenn Stockdale, age 26, of Warrensburg, passed away over Memorial Day weekend, 2021.

He was born April 19, 1995 in Springfield, MO, the son of Melanie Stockdale and David Rabin.

Joshua is survived by his mother Melanie Stockdale; his stepfather Victor Ferguson and wife Joni; his father David Rabin; his grandparents David L. Roberts, Joan Roberts, and Cynthia Saylor; his half-brother Jacob Rabin; his aunt Michelle Triplett and husband Kent; his cousin Taylor Triplett; and his good friends Colton Cook and Elliot Kersch.

Joshua was a gentle giant with a caring, pure heart and a sweet and kind soul. He had a unique sense of humor and the ability to brighten everyone's day. Joshua loved all animals, especially kitties, and loved to play his music on his guitar. He was an excellent musician and his family and friends will greatly miss his musical entertainment at all of our gatherings. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

A public memorial service for Joshua will be held on Thursday, June 17, at 2 pm at Riverdale Baptist Church, 549 W. Riverdale Drive, Nixa, MO 65714. All are invited to attend a coffee and dessert reception at the church immediately following the ceremony.

A private inurnment ceremony will take place at the Missouri Veteran Cemetery in Springfield with full military honors.
