Katharina "Kitty" Wiggins, age 84, of Oak Grove, MO, passed away Friday, January 3, 2025, at Centerpoint Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Kitty was known for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering support. She dedicated her life to her family, instilling values of love, respect, and hard work in her children and grandchildren. She cherished spending time with her family, creating lasting memories filled with laughter and love. Kitty was also a devoted dog lover, and her beloved dog, Angel, brought her immense joy and companionship.

She was born January 14, 1940, in Cologne, Germany the daughter of Heinrich Wolf and Elizabeth Stammel.

Kitty worked as a bartender at Whiteman Air Force Base for 35+ years.

Kitty is survived by two children, David (Stacey) Wiggins and Brenda (John) Carr; four grandchildren, Alicia (David) Fout, Andrea (Chase) Helton, Kristi Carr (Jeramy Lange), and Katie (Alex) Warner; seven great grandchildren, Olivia, Brecken, Gracie, Lilly, Addison, Wyatt, and Baker; a brother, Matthias Stein; and a sister, Adele Stein.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Ricky Wiggins; and a sister, Gerda Stein.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg, Missouri. Family invites all who knew and loved her to celebrate her life and the beautiful memories she created.
