Katherine Jane Bentley, 62, of Knob Noster, MO, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024. She was born on April 20, 1962, to Alfred and Betty (Lindsey) McMannama. On November 22, 1984, Katherine married the love of her life, Randle Bentley, in Knob Noster, MO. Their union was blessed with enduring love and devotion.

Katherine lived simply and found joy in crocheting, crafting, and making gifts for her beloved grandchildren. She treasured her family deeply and created countless memories that will be cherished forever.

Katherine is survived by her devoted children: Randle Bentley of Knob Noster, MO; Caylene Tierney (Ed) of Warrensburg, MO; John Welch Jr. (JJ) of Warrensburg, MO; Marietta Weber (Jim) of Otterville, MO; and Tamera Killion (Chris) of Sedalia, MO. She is also survived by her siblings: Ron McMannama of Knob Noster, MO; Chris McMannama (Susan) of Warsaw, MO; and Sandy Chamberlain of Green Ridge, MO.

She leaves behind a legacy of twelve cherished grandchildren: Patience, Layla, Arica, Hayden, Jordan, Patrick, John, Erica, Tiffany, Alic, Haley, and CJ.

Katherine was preceded in death by her husband, Randle; her parents, Alfred and Betty McMannama; and her sister, Linda Chastain.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. A graveside service will be held at Wampler Cemetery following the funeral.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Katherine Bentley Memorial Fund, with checks made payable to Caylene Tierney.

Katherine's love, warmth, and creativity will be missed by all who knew her.
