Linda Lee Smith, age 72, of Odessa, MO passed away Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Centerpoint Medical Center.

She was born January 20, 1949, in Salem, MO, the daughter of Harry and Irene (Crass) Wheeler.

On May 11, 1973, she and David Smith were united in marriage in Holt, MO. During their 48 years of loving marriage, Linda was blessed with two loving children and two grandchildren.

In her life, Linda loved spending time with her family and enjoyed going to her grandchildren's activities. In her spare time, you could find her playing bingo with her friends and family, along with traveling. She lived a full life and will be deeply missed.

At the time of her passing, Linda was employed at Warrensburg Chrysler, Dodge, & Jeep where she was controller and office manager for several dealerships.

Linda is survived by her husband David Smith; her children Jennifer Fenton (Jerry) and Scott Smith (Kelsy Fluke); her grandchildren Alexanderia Fenton and David Fenton II; a brother Jim Wheeler (Deanna); a step brother Ralph Whitsell (Terri); a step sister Saundra DeLarm (Dale); brothers-in-law Steve Smith (Chris), John Smith (Durenda), Mark Smith (Becky); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Monday, January 24, 2022, at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg, MO.
