Loren Eugene Denny, age 87, of La Monte, Missouri passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021 at Western Missouri Medical Center.

Loren was born on January 16, 1934 in Tilden, Nebraska, the son of Jack and Freda (Rasmussen) Denny.

On November 18, 1955, he and Marie Harrell were united in marriage.

Loren was preceded in death by his parents as well as a brother, Johnny Denny.

He is survived by his wife Marie Denny, his daughter Cindy (Laurence) Muzia, his sister Mary (Fred) Moore, his brothers Daniel (Dee) Denny and Paul Denny, as well as step grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Moore Funeral Home (812 S. Main St., La Monte, MO 65337). The family will receive visitors from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society and can be left in the care of the funeral home.
