Lia Bickerton, age 84, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Country Club Care Center in Warrensburg.

She was born December 3, 1939, in Palermo, Italy, the daughter of Francesco and Maria Desimone.

Lia is survived by her children, Tony Bickerton, of Warrensburg, and Lucrezia Bickerton, of Manhattan Beach, CA; and her grandchildren, Isabella, Makayla, and Logan Bickerton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings, Salvatore Desimone, Maria Rosa Olivo, and Tonino Desimone.

The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home.
