Patricia Annette
Turner
Feb 13, 1936 — Sep 9, 2025
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Patricia Annette Turner, aged 89, on September 9, 2025, at her home in Knob Noster, MO.
Born on February 13, 1936 in Stover, MO, Pat was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She lived a life marked by kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family, friends, and community.
Pat married Jack L. Turner in 1960, and together they built a warm and welcoming home where family always came first. She is survived by her two daughters: Dana (Scott) Chaffin and Donna (Dee) Turner-Witbeck; her four grandchildren: Shea (Jordan) Fijal, Shelby Marsh, Brett (Janessa) Marsh, Frannie Witbeck; four great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride, and her constant kitty companion, Molly. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Jack Turner, parents William "Bill" and Monta Harms, and son in-law Francis "Dee" Witbeck.
A woman of grace, enduring faith, and a beautiful light from within, Pat will be remembered for her generous spirit, her delicious home-cooked meals, her gentle sense of humor, and the love she had for her family. She spent her days reading, working jigsaw puzzles, and sharing stories that kept family traditions alive.
Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she touched. Though she may no longer walk among us, her spirit will continue to guide and inspire us. Pat was the center of our family, a quiet but formidable matriarch, always ready and willing to lend a hand or go on an adventure.
A celebration of her life will be held on September 13 at 10:00 am, at Knob Noster Methodist Church. Visitation with the family will be held on Friday, September 12, 5:00-7:00 pm at Sweeney Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg, MO. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Knob Noster United Methodist Church or Johnson County Missouri Cancer Society, in honor of Pat's life of faith and care for others.
May she rest in peace.
