Obituary

Rose Nancy Marie Coleman Campbell, age 74, of Warrensburg, took her flight to

heaven on May 23, 2024.

She was born April 16, 1950, in Whitewater, Kansas, to Jimmie and Lizzie Belle

Coleman. Rose graduated from Wichita West High School in 1968 and attended

Wichita State University. She was united in marriage to Troy Campbell on December

12, 1997, in Reno, Nevada.

Rose worked for the City of Wichita for over 20 years and was recognized for her

leadership in the Kansas Association for Court Management.

Hosting family and friends brought Rose great joy, and she always said she showed her

love for others through her cooking. In her retirement, she volunteered at the Missouri

Veterans Home and established the Johnson County Cancer Support Group. She was

a member of Northside Christian Church.

In addition to her husband, Troy, Rose is survived by her daughter, Krista (Francesco)

Racanati; grandchildren, Vincenzo and Gabriella Racanati; her siblings, Donn (Jan)

Higgins, Larry (Myra) Higgins, Bill (Christie) Coleman, Peggy (John) Kalinowski, and

Sharon Coleman; sisterin-law, Pamela (Randy) Logan; and many cherished nieces and

nephews whom she dearly loved.

Preceding her in death were her parents and siblings, Judy Francis, Janice Coleman,

and JC Coleman.

Rose's faith, courage, and positive attitude will forever be an inspiration to those who

knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held at Northside Christian Church in Warrensburg, Missouri, at noon

on Saturday, June 15, 2024, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 1 p.m.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Johnson County Cancer Foundation,

P. O. Box 169, Warrensburg, MO 64093.
