Ruth Elaine Williams, age 87, of Knob Noster, MO passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021 at her home.

Ruth was born on October 22, 1933, the daughter of Raymond and Irene (Petersen) Franks in Council Bluffs, IA.

She married Curtis Lloyd Williams and they were blessed with 5 children.

Ruth is survived by her children, David Williams of Knob Noster, Karen Williams of Green Ridge, MO, Don Williams of Knob Noster, Kathy Williams of Arnolds Park, IA, and Diane Franks of Omaha, NE as well as 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis, her parents and one son Larry Franks.

Cremation services were performed by Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home. No formal services are planned at this time. Memorial Contributions are suggested to the Knob Noster VFW Auxiliary post 4195 and can be left in care of the funeral home.
