Wayne Arthur Holyfield, age 70, of Warrensburg, MO passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, MO.

Wayne was born on January 11, 1950 in Oakland, CA the son of Raymond and Dorothy (Gregory) Holyfield.

He is survived by his daughters, Sherry (Michael) Martin, Cathy (Chad) Mikkola,and Vicki (Dana) Melcher, girlfriend and companion Pat Schreiber; his ex-wife Sue Holyfield and honorary daughters, Melissa Turner, Stephanie Morgan, Melissa Iversen, Jessica Carter and April (Jersey) Cornish). Surviving also are his grandchildren; Nick (Courtney) Melcher, Alexas (Josh) Martin, Kristen (Tim) Melcher, Brandon (Elizabeth) Holyfield, Sydney Martin, Michael Martin 3 ^rd , Caylie Holyfield; honorary grandchildren, Taylynn Morgan, Justyce Morgan, Jezebel Correa and Emiliano Tortora and his great-grandchildren Colton and Allura; a brother John Kast, Jr.; and two sisters, Helen Holyfield and Linda Holyfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Joe Gott, Sr.

Cremation services for Wayne were provided by Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home with formal services not being held at this time.
